Converting code of countdown to as3

I found the [FONT=verdana, arial, helvetica][/FONT][SIZE=2][COLOR=#810081]Senocular tutorial to do a contdown in as2, i try to convert, but im starting in action scritp and the code give me a bunch of error, can someone help me.[/COLOR][/SIZE]
