Hey I found this picture in goolge of a highway in a really cool effect. the thing is that i want to use it for a layout and some logos, sticker bla bla bla… in the picture i am adding some glowing text and some other info… my question is .
can i use this picture if i add some other work to it?? or is it illegal??? i mean since its a stock image i dont think it would be a problem besides i am changing some suttf.
