Creating a flash site

I read the tutorials about making a flash site by Kirupa, http://www.kirupa.com/developer/mx/full_site.htm , but I’m wondering what do you do if you have a preloader and when everything is preloaded, it moves across the screen into its place, like this http://plaza.ufl.edu/huynhn/demo.html
