Creating dynamic diagonal images

I’m looking for a way to create something similar to the diagonal type looking stop name images on the following page

http://tcatbus.com/Schedules/Route09.html.
(scroll down to the image of the schedule)

the idea is that there will be hundreds of different images that i want to create, and combine them dynmically. i was wondering if there was any way to do it.
