Microsoft has just released a patch that fixes vulnerability in the Windows NT platforms (incl. XP, 2000, 2003 Server, and NT itself) which has been known for several months. The vulnerability allows hackers to gain control of your machine (don’t they all :sure:**).

So yeah, go to Windows Update now to install that patch if you haven’t already.

Yes right away. We are deploying here at work.

Some of the viruses (way too many these past two weeks) have left back doors open. The patches on MS Updates and updated engines/dat/definition files on your anti-virus should keep you safe!
