Here’e my unfinished design/general purpose site:
I haven’t added any content yet. I’ll remove some of the badges at the bottom later, they’re just to remind me what I’ve done with it so far 
I’ve only used flash for the header, and if it isn’t available, it displays the non-animated graphic. It should be cross-browser compatible, but tell me if there any specific issues :stunned:
