Ok so all of my root level pages have this nifty footer that only works in Firefox…
It somewhat works in IE, but theres some wierd horizontal scrolling issue, and apparently an issue with z-index, but if you look at my css I have commented out the footer CSS, and all of the site-wide layout stuff is near the top of the CSS.
