Hi, I’m looking for a talented CSS Developer to code 1 page.
I will design the look of the site and you will just translate the look into a FUNCTIONAL CSS coded site.
Many like me are designers, not coders… so I just need some help. I’m looking at a really low price, maybe 10-15$ (negotiable) since it won’t take too much time.
