**I have a small site i’ve done for a client in Photoshop. Now, i’m not too adept at CSS, and i’d rather not do it in tables in Dreamweaver or somesuch. So, I need someone to turn this PSD into a one page working site (complete CSS, divs etc) - but not including the content area. So just the main site framework, navigation, etc etc etc. And then an empty DIV in the main content area, so that I can populate each page as needed.
Please note that this is not a scaling/scaleable site - what you see there is what you get, so again, i think it is a fairly straightforward endeavour.

Payment**
As I imagine this to be quite a quick job (half a days worth, max) I think $150USD is fair. Kudos to he who can churn it out even quicker!
