Ok,
I have a website that has a flash menu at the top as navigation (like kirupa) is there a way to load the data in a css like frame/table below the menu, without refreshing the menu at the top…(i.e reloading the whole page) but if the text needs to scroll, the menu will still be attached to the top of the page and scroll with the rest of the page instead of floating above it?
