I suck at CSS.
I’ve been trying to place a top horizontal banner on one of my Websites: www.tutorialremix.com
but every time I try it. div’s mess up. the name of the site goes down, or the links at the right move. i just want a top horizontal banner centered on the very top of the page.
can anyone please help me?
