I am just curious to know what is difference between topics present under “Tutorials” tabs and books present under “Books” tab? Are books present for advanced topics or practising exercises?

The books have additional content. This additional content is not necessarily advanced topics. When you are reading a book, there isn’t an ability to “link to” related content like we can online, so the books bring that extra content into the physical pages.
If you don’t need the convenience or physical feel of a real book, my suggestion would be use the online tutorials and use all of us here to help you out when stuck
