Hello all and Happy New Year.
I saw a cool cursor effect in flash where the mouse rolls over an object then a text box or object appears at the tip of the cursor and moves with the cursor until you roll out (or off) the object.
Can anyone explain how that is done or point me to a tutorial? I’m using actionscript 2.0.
