Thanks to Joey Lott for this one. Anyway I have it all working and in my components folder but now I need to attach it to a text box so it actually is useful, does anyone know how do this? Is it a parameter setting in the component, in the .as file, or is it AS applied after you drag the component onto the stage? I have attached my file which contains the .fla and .as.
