Ok I have my custom cursor made. It animates perfectly and is locked to the mouse. When i move hte mouse of the test buttons everything works fine except for that the buttons overlap the mouse. Like the mouse goes UNDER the buttons
What am I doign wrong?
make sure your custom cursor is on the top layer of the movie. if it is on a layer below the buttons, they will appear on top.

Well click on the MC then at the top Toolbar click
Modify>Arrange>Send To Front.
if you’ll duplicate or create movie clips on the fly …
i’d suggest you to use swapDepths() 
i dunno what was wrong with it but i just made it into a movie clip again and it worked… i mean dont take me for an idiot i had it as a MC and even had the animation worked out and everything was fine except the cursor going under. also they were all on the same layer that might’ve made a dif… anyway thanks for your help these might come in handy later
