Cutting help in Swift3D

I have a rectangle that needs to have a smaller rectangle cut inside it, say in the middle. Now, I can do it on one face of the rectangle but how can I do the same exact cut on the other side rectange? I need to do it on 2 faces of the rectangle. Is there a way I can “rotate” the drawing in the extrustion editor to reveal the other side?
