Guigo, I love the background you’ve put on yours - I never know quite how to go about that kind of thing, so I always leave it blank. Guess I could say that it’s up to the viewer to put the character in context, but I’m just lazy. 
Rev, that metallic look is great. How on earth did you do it? I tried yesterday in Photoshop and made what can only be termed as a ‘right pigs ear’. You’ve made her look like a cross between a Terminator and a Borg. Yay! Like the silver and blue thing too.

not at all…
it’s with a plug-in called EyeCandy 4000 by Alien Skin. Inside there is a chrome filter which you can manipulate to make into a lot of different textures. One of the best purchases ever… not too expensive either, if I remember correctly.
