you really think its better? you see how the text is kinda dark? i had mouse overs so when they did, they lit up and a slight glow was on teh back wall. if i get time, ill set up the rollovers real quick. later!

I can’t believe you would have bugged out of that design and
went ahead and used what you have.
As most have said, it’s not bad but could/should be way better. I
think when you change it over to the 3-d menu and all that will be
the one little thing to make all the difference in your site.

thank you! ill try to put it up today. i think ill have a few extra minutes. btw, im just wondering, how long would it ttake you guys to make a site like mine from start to finish? just curious on my speed this one took about 7 hours.
Are you talking about your 3D layout or the simple one?
The simple one I can probably create it in about 1-2 hours, the 3D one would take me longer depending on how fast my comp would render those 3D text, maybe 3-4 hours.
Now that is if I don’t get distracted or procrastinate of course. =)
I’m way too picky and too much of a perfectionist to place a
definite timeframe on it. This is why I stopped charging my clients
by the hour, and now by the project.
In very general terms, a basic html layout can be done in a couple
hrs, depending on the amount of graphics you want to include.
I’d have to place a 1 day mark on it, since I tend to redo a lot of
things until I’m happy with it.
Can’t wait to see your finished one!
