I really like the BG here as well… it adds another dimension to the pic.

it must be hard to draw chars from IX, because they’re so small and strangely dimensioned

I like it.
My only complaint is that she looks sort of plastic, if you know what I mean, which you probably don’t cuz I suck at explaining stuff.
Nice job though.

Yup, she’s a Photoshop job, I haven’t got round to testing gradient meshes yet. :slight_smile: I think that’s gonna take some time to figure out properly.

Totally agree with you on that. They’re really quite differently proportioned to any other Square characters. The heads are bigger. More chibi / SD, I guess. It’s weird. You feel like you’re drawing it wrongly. :stuck_out_tongue:
