Heres is a good tip… Take the game back and say that you did not agree to the terms of the EULA and were instructed to return the software to the place of purchase. They can’t argue with that.

Most EULA’s (if you read them :stuck_out_tongue: ) state that if you dont agree to the terms, its perfectly ok to return the software for a full refund. So they created a slight loophole in the system. This only works for PC software though not console games. No EULA on those.
