Debuging in Flash

hi all

i want to debug my script but i dont know at all about flash debuging when i opened debug window and tryin to creat a watch list that dosent work at all what should i do?

plz gimme any suggession

I think if you enable line numbers in your actionscript panel and click beside each one, it’ll create a red dot which I think is a watch point.

I always put in trace() commands though to check if lines have been reached and what variables contain at certain points tho
