a client recently came to us indicating that they went to ABC design firm to get their site set up and done…turns out, the design firm did a horrible job, was slow, etc. and now that the client decided to stop the relationship with them, they have taken his domain and sold it to one of these large domain reseller companies.
is such a thing even legal? can any action be taken against this company?
