I’m like the only person without an awesome flash/php/photoshop website. What’s the holdup? I cant create a design! And why not? No imagination? I don’t know. Maybe someone can give me some ideas. I might want to do a website similar to Neostream.
I’m not very good at drawing, although I’m working on my creativity.

Now that I take a look at it … I didn’t realize the - was an * (that’s what I always use to censor words)
Well it depends on how you want your site to be. Do you want it to have really smooth and slick animation with fast things going on? Or do you want it to be smooth and just calming like orisinal. What you should do is look at other sites to see what they have. And then make your own thing like it, but of course differently.
A good site is www.2advanced.com.
If your want your site to be kool and have fast pace motion you should have dark colors for your template or bg with bright things happening. A dark black like #212121 or #333333 - these are html codes for colors. Put them in when you select a color for dark template.
If you want your site to be calming and have just a certain flow, you should use light colors such as a light gray or a light blue.
A really whitish gray is #ECECEC.
Once your have your colors right, the design will just come.
