Can someone let me know what the difference between effeects and filters are in Illustrator? Also, can someone tell me how to modify an already applied effect or filter? I know in photoshop the filters can be viewed in the layers window but I can’t figure out how to modify already applied effects or filters in Illustrator without making a new effect entirely.
