Morph effect, please help

I want to make a similar effect like this on my photo gallery

if i remember, there was a filter is PS called radial blur at the blur section…

then you can put filtered picture at the top layer and the primary picture at the bottom layer

then convert filtered picture to symbol (MC or Graphic) and then tween it with alpha from 100% to 0%

i’ve done this… this has to work :smiley:
