Anyone know where I can get some brushes or shapes for Photoshop that are similar to the ones used in this image:

If this wasn’t done with specific brushes, how does one go about making stuff like that?

I’m sure there is a brush like that (in fact I think I used to have one) - you could check dA for that; or better yet, use that pic to make your own brush. :}
