Direction to aim an arrow towards a target?

Hi!

Some math i cannot get my head around after many cups of coffee, main problem not entirely what to google for to get the answer! heh…

I’ve got two objects, one has a bow, one is the target. The one with the bow is behind some soldiers (this is all along 2D) and thus wants to shoot his arrow upwards at an angle to land roughly where the target is. So i know the position of the source, the target and also know the speed of which the arrow moves, but how do i find the angle the bow needs to point to get it to fly over to that target, going up and then falling with gravity to land on or near some misfortunate helmet-less solider?

Thanks for any help
