Ello Folks,
Can anyone tell me how to write a decent disclaimer ? I have a site to promote musicians, people can write in reviews and comment on bands/musicians. Id like a disclaimer just incase someone writes in something bad about someone.
If I write one and put it under my enter button saying something like - ‘By entering this site you agree to the following conditions’ - then give the disclaimer… Does it become a legal form of protecting yourself or does it not count?
Does anyone have a basic template I could have then change, or should I just try writing my own?
