Have a look a the following website and scroll down once loaded. See how they have the content in the middle and then on the outer edges a blue strip with a drop shadow. Do they just use CSS to make the blue strips on the side with the drop shadow scrolldown the page…?
If someone understands what I mean, can you tell me how its down or lead me to a tutorial…?
