I’m lookin to pik some brains about domains (hey that ryhmes!)
I want to start an online business but I need some things cleared up.
Say for example :
If I came along and bought:
Would the owners of website.com have any right to tell me to take my site down and change my domain as its so alike theirs?

How about if website.com had nothing on it and the domain owner was just sitting on it and not using it?
How about if it was different countries? like .co.uk instead of .com
Hope someone can clear these things up… Is there anywhere people can check out Internet law?
