i have got an a.s. bug to solve but my sample fla is 120k and i don’t know how to post it ?
i may try with just the code but no one i guess will be able to understand.
no way to zip’it more.

The fla is a tutorial i found in the net and i am trying to adapt it to my needs but there is code a bit everywhere : ) and i an not soo good.
Is just a bottom menu thumbnails bar with a mousover to slide some pics above in a clear way but i cannot make the small pics and the moving ones collime.

ok i got the fla.
the base is from flash tutorial session and i made some changes but i have no clue x the code.
the pics are suppose to slide but hey goes with no sense.
if u fell help .
ps : the ugly buttons on the button will be soon replaced with some nice thumbnails.

well that file is just stupid. done with Flash 4 syntax in the messiest sloppiest way I have ever seen. I am going to create a file for you that should make it easier for you…
ok, here is the file. I had to code it for Flash 5 just to be sure that you could use it because you didn’t specify which version you were using. Flash MX would be much easier. 
Anyway… this file isn’t really simple, but it should be easier to understand than that other one, which was really really really really really really really reallyr eallrye raleyrlaiyrleylrayrelyaryelralyr really messed up.

if you have any trouble modifying it let me know. Basically all you have to do is change the array to match the width of the images inside the big strip.
I did not add the mask becuase I figured you would be able to do that.
Then you just need to add buttons for each image.
