Download limit

Hi all,
When I create a *.fla file ;what I need to do ;to set a download limit ,when I want to Test Movie .
I hope that you understand what I mean .

just press Test and then Simulate Download in Control menu or twice Ctrl + Enter

in control menu ;does not exist a Simulate Download and I can’ t press 2x times ctr-enter because it not happen anything .
