I need to create something like this simple game. I need to be a able to drag and drop different elements. I can do all the drag and drop but i can bring up new menu items without effecting the current one on the screen. this example has a simple interface that that u can drag item from without effecting the image. Help on this would be amazing. here is the example.

We are a small jean company a we would like to be able to create a contest that u design a back pocket of a jean. we have hardware options, stitching options and we need the user to be able to choose different ones and if youd like to code it for us we cant pay you but we can offer you up to 3 pairs of jeans. i attached a sample image of what i am trying to do.
