Hello,
First i would like to thank the person who put up the tutorial for the drop down menu, simple and clear, Thanks,
Now, let’s see if i can make myself clear on this ??
- I created 4 buttons, ( Main, B1, B2, B3 )
- I opened up a movie clip, in which i duplicated the layers as shown on the tutorial.
- I added the buttons in the appropriate layer of the movie clip
- I added the actions to the main button, ( on rollover… etc… )
So far all is well, the drop down menu drops etc…
- Here comes the problem !!!
I added the action on the first button in the drop down menu ( B1 ) ( on release go to and play “Scene2”, 1 )
Not good, it goes nowhere !!!,
However if i take the same button with the same script and put in on the scene outside of the movie clip, it works just fine…
Anyone knows the answer please help, it’ll be greatly appreciated
