I am thinking of buying some good drum mics. Does anyone know drum mics pick up the guitar and stuff too? My band wants to record, and I was wondering if having drum mics would let us record the drums guitar and bass (going into a mixer) all on seperate tracks, or will the drum mics pick up the guitar and bass too?
Currently, we just record each instrument one at a time, and it’s pretty hard to get everything sounding right.
