Dynamic Text Disapperaing?

Hello all,

I have this layour where i am using dynamic text fields to load variable text into my layout implies that i should make the text field inclined. When i rotate it the text disappears in the projector and the swf file.

I tried to make the text field straight and the text shows again. Can anybody tell me why dynamic text fields with an angle don’t show.

I guess you cant. I just tried it. I would imagine that Flash has a hard time skewing text, especially when it doesn’t know what it has until the text is loaded in.

you mean there is no way to do that

in case flash can not handle text rotation why there is a rotation property for textField

Not dynamic text. I just read a post from LostInBeta, he explained it better (more gooder). Dynamic text is generated by the system that is playing the swf. Proof, if you don’t embed the font, the system will use default fonts. Therefore, the swf would have to have the ability to make the text, then skew it. So, I guess not.
The only way I could imagine is make it static. Sorry.
