I would like to implement a dynamic tool tip that would pop up when you mouse over certain buttons/movie clips on the stage…
I would like the text field to be dynamic, and I would like to create a box outline with some color background to fit around the text…however I would like this box to resize based on the length of the tool tip text…what is the best way to do this?
