Dynamic web sites

Hello all,

I’m new to this forum. I’m also very new to dynamic web design and I know absolutely nothing. I’m trying something out and I need to set up a local server to test.

What do I need, how do I set up the local server?

I run windows XP, am planning to use PHP and mySQL

I really am a newbie at this so please talk as you’d talk to a 12 year old :slight_smile:
