Hi all,
I’m working on a shopfront (a ‘window’ like piece of flash that sits on the top of a page and scrolls through like http://www.pirean.com), and I’ve wondered what the best approach would be.
It’s supposed to be dynamic, basically keeping all the external swfs and icons outside and loading via xml in.
I can get some loaders to bring in the various parts, but I’m struggling to get the icons to click and take the viewer to the right video.
Anyone know any good tuts for this thing? Or perhaps someone else has made one that works. It’s supposed to use a preloader to load the first movie and then loop through until someone picks what movie to view.
Sorry for the largely uncommented code, but I’m just starting again from scratch and I’m beginning to get tired of trying to organise the code to work.

ps. I can’t attach the swf files cos they are too big to upload. They’re just movie files with an Event on the last frame that tells the loader that they’re finished.
