E-mail question regarding address and SPAM

Ok so I go to bed and when I get up I have **x14 **SPAM mails in my inbox for my ISP account.
This an account that is not used, other than to recieve the monthy bill.

Below is the info from one of the messages, however the TO: is not me, so why is it comming to my inbox ?

I was under the impression that the to: should be to me. Am I wrong about this, can anyone comment on why x8 of the x14 e-mails are not addressed to me ?
