what action script would you or do you use on a button to send a page or bow of information to your e-mail address … not another page that comes up and makes you type it in… just on click it sends it??

Flash can’t do it by itself, you’d need some server-side scripting language to send it out. Run a search in the forum for email form or something along those lines.
