I’m trying to modify the ‘EnergyPixel’ menu example posted here:

My mod is to make it drop ‘up’ rather than down.
I can get it to go up, sort of. It does go, but doesn’t ‘ease’ like the one linked above when I mouse off. Also, when I then try to mouse over one of the menu selections, the menu goes away.
I pretty sure it’s my math that’s the problem. Since to make the menu go ‘up’ we’re into negative numbers, I get lost.
