Shipped an item across the nation, got delivery confirmation
delivery confirmation says " Your item was delivered at 9:39 am on March 24, 2006 in [edited]."
The buyer says it hasn’t reached yet… even though my delivery confirmation states it has.
He is threatening to cancel payment to paypal, (this was an expensive item)
so if he does have this item, and he cancels payment, I’m at total loss…
Anyone have this experience? Any help?
Thanks…:-/

Tell him to relax and that the postal service takes time.
Did you insure the item? If you did you will get your money back, also verify with the shipper if the package was recieved they wont give the person the package unless they sign.
Did you recieve the money before shipping?

^^ yup if ebay can prove that the end user signed which is easy then they can’t cancel.
