I was thinking about applying to a company that wants to hire a Flash media designer and it almost looks like I’m capable to do what they’re asking for, however I need to work on a collaborative team at a Flash design company (internship) before I feel confident to jump in and work for this advertising corporation. I looked at the educational requirements and it said “Bachelors Degree in a related field”. Now I’m curious…what type of degrees are related to Flash? I know that there is no such thing as a degree in Flash…only a certificate, (and this won’t do you any good if you only have a certificate) so I’d like to know what you guys took in college that closely fits with Flash design. My issue is that I would like to have a degree in Marketing and something related to media as a minor because most of Flash usage on the web is for advertising.
