For anyone concerned with support when looking for a web host, eleven2 has been exceptional in this area! I’ve used both the ticket system and AOL IM support and both responded anywhere from within the hour to in minutes.
I’ve been hosting with eleven2 for about 2 years now and recently I wanted to move hosts due to the fact that I was only using 30% of my hosting package. After sending in a ticket to request cancellation, I received a reply back from the co-founder of my ticket… well, lets just say I’ll be staying with eleven2 for at least one more year at a more than reasonable price. :cowboy:
