So call me on it if i going about this bass akwards, but here goes:
I want to use embeded text in a button. My understanding is that the lest AS intensive way is to make the text dynamic and then to click the embed button in the properties panel, and have it auto fill. This way we know that any and all users will see the font we want them to see.
However this kills the buttons funtionality because now the text selectabilty of the text in the button precludes the defined hit area. And yes, i have deselected “make text selectable” in the properites panel.
Any thoughts?
