I think this problem was solved many times but I still want to ask Your help.
I installed Apache on my WinXP and PHP (5 version) using this tutorial.
Enabled AllowOverride mode to All and I was trying to simulate wrong connection to get 404 error (for example http://localhost/asdfdasfasdf) and it doesn’t reacts to my CustomError .htaccess file (I used this tutorial to create .htaccess file) to redirect it.
Is there possible that .htaccess mode doesn’t work on localhost?
Could You suggest any solutions for it because I didn’t find any right solution for me?
