OKAY this is sorta confusing.

Now notice where the top of the ‘photo’ is? Ok, so this photo is a straight bitmap image brought into flash and converted to MC. But apparantly I can’t simply erase the top corner of it. So I decided to cover it up with simply white, but THAT covers up the background (the tape and such)>
Only solution I can think of is to simply make a tape symbol in flash to apply over it… well now that I think of it it may not be too hard, but it is annoying!
Can bitmaps be partially erased? Or is there any better way for this? I’m gonna need to do this OVER and OVER for each of my sections.
Also I was going to have the photo frame in the bg image but then the overlaying outside swf was not looking like it was inside it, so I am putting the frame in each new swf. Is this the best idea?
