Ok, so I hate going first, but the whole point of these things is to learn. So I played with some line art styles of shapes and themes… there was a very cool thin line version but I don’t think it was as graphically pleasing.

I don’t think it’s bad at all! INteresting is not a put-down, hell I think that’s a good compliment. :wink: Nice start, nothing wrong with that…and challenging for me as well.

I fixed the PSD link. I didn’t think dj was putting me down. I was putting me down. I don’t think it’s great but I was trying a style that I’m not that good at. Just learning.

Ethan, i liked it - i was glad to see a battle start out in a different direction. Sometimes the flashyness of photoshop battles gets to be too much for me. I liked the style of it; the subtle blue shapes added a lot, i think.

that’s what it’s all about mate, sometimes getting into a rut of your own style is hard to break out of. Hence, moncrey’s comments. :wink:

hmm…i thought the theme is destruction? but anyways…ever since i left so many things have been happenning. good stuff so far although i dont see the theme applied to this. WHERES THE DESTRUCTION??? unless u guys changed it? cuz i didnt read the rest. i just wanted to see the theme and the pics. didnt bother reading the others.
