I finally got my modified xml autorunning slideshow to open fullscreen using the FSCOMMAND and I can get it to close with the quit argument. I would like to offer the viewer the opportunity to exit the projector file and go to either the homepage or the add comments page. My first solution was to use this code for a button on the last frame of the movie:
on (release) {
fscommand(“quit”);
getURL(“http://www.ineffableconnections.com/commentsAdd.cfm”);
}
which took them to the right page but in a new browser window. If I deleted the getUrl command, it goes back to the HTML launch page.
I have tried setting the target to _self, _parent etc with no better results.
Is there another command rather than/or in addition to getUrl that when used with fscommand, quit will exit the projector file and take me to a different page in the original browser window?
